A fine and early clock set by the famous maker Japy Freres. It is of superb quality in fine gilded bronze mounted with delicately painted Sèrves style porcelain. The porcelain panels have a bleu Celeste ground. The candelabra are carried by seated cherubs holding floral wreaths.

A Large and beautiful antique Baroque table clock. It is very well modelled in gilt bronze. Square, architecturally designed case with goddess masks, acanthus decoration and a cherub to the top. The base is formed of fretted acanthus and it stands on feet of acanthus with paw feet.

A beautiful original antique French Rococo clock set by Louis Japy. Finely modelled in gilt bronze with a waisted case, formed of asymmetric scrolls with floral swags and a Rococo flourish to the top. Candelabra are conforming in style and have scrolling arms of acanthus.

A stunning original antique French wall clock by the famous maker Japy Frères. It is beautifully designed in the Rococo style with profuse asymmetric 'C' scrolls, acanthus leaves and a curved panel of trellis work that allows a glimpse of the pendulum swinging behind.

A superb and chic antique French four glass regulator. It features a mercury compensated pendulum gently swinging behind beveled glass in four sides. The case is constructed of a beautifully variegated onyx, mounted with ormolu and is classical in design. The ovoid urns also beautifully simple in design.

A substantial and very fine quality ormolu Rococo clock by Samuel Marti. Formed in finely gilded bronze, bold, sinuous scrolls and curves form the case with delicately modelled floral and foliate decoration. It stands on an integral naturalistically formed base with scroll supports. Fabric backed panels are inset, beautiful pieced and engraved. Exceptionally well modelled, finished and gilded.

A large and stunning original antique French drum head clock. Beautifully made in finely gilded bronze, it is of Neoclassical design. The movement is mounted in a large drum with superb lions mask handles and a large urn to the top. It stands on an elaborate and heavily modelled base with scrolling acanthus supports and sturdy, reeded corner columns. A laurel swag hangs below the dial.

A beautiful original French Art Deco clock. It features a beautifully captured figure of a lioness, although unsigned, it is in the cubist manner of Michel Decoux (1837-1924). The case is geometrically formed of stunning specimen green, white and brown onyx with two chrome plated spheres each side of the Lioness.

A large and heavy original antique French gilt-bronze clock. It is a beautifully made clock in the Neoclassical style of Louis XVI by G. Philippe, of the prestigious Gallery Montpensier of the Palais Royal. Of architectural form with two scrolling supports with laurel leaves and Egyptian Esque masks to each side.

A beautiful antique French Rococo cartel wall clock, the movement by Vincenti et Cie and retailed in Paris. Beautifully modelled asymmetric case of 'C' scrolls, profusely decorated with garlands of flowers. A glimpse of the pendulum can be seen swinging through the scrolls and flowers.
