A beautiful and unusual original antique French clock of ormolu (finely gilded bronze) and exquisite Sèvres style porcelain. Porcelain has a blue ground and is delicately painted with cherubs to the sides and musical instruments to the front.

A beautiful original antique French portico clock of white marble mounted with ormolu (finely gilded bronze). The movement is held aloft on two marble pillars with the ormolu pendulum swinging gently below. Above is a pair of nesting birds, allegorical of love.

A superb ormolu (fine gilded bronze) by the famous Maison Baguès. Beautifully made, crisp and finely finished with a lovely original gild. It is Baroque in style with winged cherubs to the shoulders with swags and acanthus. To the top is an elaborate pieced urn with floral swags. To the bottom acanthus and floral swags. It is unusual in having it's original oak mounting board.

A beautiful antique French classical white marble boudoir clock by the famous maker Samuel Marti. The silky white marble is mounted with crisply modelled and finely gilded bronze. To the sides are cornucopia, an urn to the top and fretted laurel wreath panels to the base.

A superb and chic antique French four glass regulator. It features a mercury compensated pendulum gently swinging behind the beveled glass. The case is constructed of beautifully variegated onyx, mounted with ormolu and is classical in design. The urns of conforming design with goddess motifs to the handles.

A lovely original antique French clock by Japy Frères. It is finely modelled in ormolu (finely gilded bronze) mounted with exquisite Sèvres style porcelain with an elegant green ground. The lower panel is a beautifully painted seascape of a ship leaving harbor. Height 10 3/4".

A lovely Rococo clock by Vincenti. Flamboyantly modelled in gilded bronze, waisted case with with swirling acanthus, 'c' scrolls and flowers. The lower part of the case is fretted to allow a glimpse of the pendulum swinging within. A gadrooned urn filled with flowers sit on top.

A beautiful antique French ormolu (finely gilded bronze) and Sevres type porcelain clock set. It is by the famous clockmaker Japy Freres and was retailed in London by Richard et Cie. It features a stunning set of porcelain panels with a deep cobalt blue ground, each signed to the reverse by the artist. Height 13 1/2"
