A lovely Japy Freres ormolu boudoir clock, antique French dating from around 1860. It is classical in style with scrolls, acanthus a panel with birds and a large urn with rams head handles to the top. The lid of the urn opens for storage of small items. The ormolu is in excellent original condition. Height 11 1/2"

A stunning original antique French clock by A.D. Mougin and retailed by the Verger Brothers of Paris. Flamboyant deeply waisted Rococo shape decorated with acanthus, scrolls and floral swags. The dial is very pretty with delicately painted swags between the hours.

A fine ormolu (mercury fire gilded bronze) clock mounted with exquisite Sèvres style porcelain with Rose Pompadour pink ground. The panel below the dial is painted with a portrait of Marie Antoinette and the dial is painted very finely with floral swags and gilt decoration with jewel half-hour markers.

A beautiful antique French specimen marble library four glass or crystal regulator clock by the renown maker Japy Freres. It is classical in style with two reeded acanthus torché columns and a well modelled bronze lion standing proudly to the top. Four glazed panels allow the mercury compensated pendulum to be seen gently swinging within.
