A beautiful antique French gilt brass boudoir clock dating from around 1870. It is modelled in the Louis XVI style, architectural in design with an arched top surmounted by an urn. Delicate scrolling foliage adorns the case. A goddess mask sits in the centre of a elaborately fretted front panel through which the pendulum can be seen swinging within the case.

A stunning antique French boudoir clock. It is Baroque in style, beautifully modelled in brass with a waisted case with elaborate scrolled shoulders. It is decorated with mythical creatures, hairy paw feet and a coat of arms. Above the dial is a cherub mask with a pair of cornucopia above. To the top of the case is an elegant finial of mythical creatures and foliage. RSC2325
