A fine ormolu (gilded bronze Dore) clock mounted with exquisite Sèvres style porcelain with Rose Pompadour pink ground. The panel below the dial is very finely painted and shows a young couple, he serenades her in a tranquil country scene. The dial, urn and lower panel are beautiful painted with song birds and flowers.

A beautiful original antique French clock. It is classical in the Louis XVI style, an oval shaped body pieced with scrolling acanthus, stylised strap handles with rams heads and an urn with pineapple finial. The pendulum can be seen gently swinging within the case.

Of small size and boldly modelled in the Rococo style with fine detail, it features bold scrolls and tumbling foliage and flowers. Sitting on its original base with tall scrolling feet allowing the pendulum to be seen gentle swinging.

A fine and substantial original antique French cartel wall clock. Beautifully modelled in the Louis XVI style, made of finely finished and gilded bronze. The neoclassical baluster shaped case surmounted by an leaf-wrapped vase finial with ram’s mask handles, the rams holding a draped laurel garland. The sides are inset with trellis-work frets backed with red fabric. The is base cast with a vitruvian scroll and with a leaf clasp finial.

A stunning antique French clock, finely modelled in ormolu (finely gilded bronze). It is a beautiful Rococo balloon shape with boldly flamboyant acanthus legs hold the movement aloft. The original ormolu pendulum swings gently below. Above the dial is an elaborate 'C' scroll and stylised floral finial.

A beautiful original antique French portico clock by Japy Frères in the classical style of Louis XVI. It is made of cream marble mounted with ormolu (finely gilded bronze). The movement is held aloft on four marble pillars with the ormolu pendulum swinging gently below.

A beautiful antique French Baroque portico clock by Japy Frères, finely made in gilt bronze. The clock is supported by four stylised columns with Ionic capitals. The ormolu pendulum swings gently between the columns. Mythical creatures to each side support the urn finial to the top of the case.
