A large and stunning Ormolu (gilt bronze) clock set mounted with exquisite Sèvres style porcelain. It is Rococo in style, a bold balloon shape with sweeping 'C' scrolls, floral swags, dolphins and a flaming torche to the finial. The delicately painted panel to the front shows a charming scene of a young man serenading a lady in a country setting.

Bow Front Cloisonné Enamel, Ormolu and Onyx Four Glass Regulator

A very chic antique French library four glass crystal regulator with Cloisonné or Champlevé enamel decoration to the front along with bow front glass. The four sides are glazed with beveled glass to allow the mercury compensated pendulum to be seen gently swinging and the fastidiously restored movement to be seen functioning. This is a very large and heavy original antique French brass clock set. It is very decorative in the classical style, beautifully, modelled and finished. To each side is a Caryatid, supporting the cavetto cornice upon her head. Below the dial is a lions mask holding a swag within its mouth. Candelabra are conforming in style with matching bases with handled urns above. RSC2356

A lovely original antique French Rococo boudoir clock, 14 1/4 inches (36 cm) in height. Modelled in gilt brass and typically bold, waisted design with laurel leaves, 'C' scrolls and floral swags. There is a large and elaborate acanthus finial to the top of the case.
