Art Deco Skyscraper Four Glass French Clock ~ French - Circa 1930 ~ ~~ Excellent condition, fully overhauled ~~ An elegant Art Deco clock of geometric 'skyscraper' design in beautiful specimen Portoro marble, black with gold veins, and accented with green and brown onyx. The top quality Paris movement is housed in a chrome plated bronze frame, glazed with beveled glass to allow the chrome plated pendulum to be seen gently swinging within.

The dial is matted silvered brass, screen printed with numerals and with square formed blued steel hands.

The French movement is of high quality. It is a traditional 'Pendule de Paris' movement and is in excellent clean and running condition having been fully overhauled by our clockmaker. The chrome plated pendulum is original. It runs for 8 days and strikes the hours and halves on a bell.

Condition of the case is excellent, chrome plating is bright and clean with some slight marks. The glass is also excellent, just a small chip to the top corner of the left hand panel. the dial is very good with hardly any wear. 

Complete with original pendulum, bell and a suitable key. Full setting up instructions supplied if required.
