A stunning original antique clock by Samuel Marti. It is French, modelled in the Rococo style, key hole shaped and featuring elaborate 'C' scrolls and flowing foliage. It is beautifully made in gilded brass with a lovely clean and bright finish. The dial is enamel on copper with a fretted centre. It has finely fretted blued steel hands and convex glass fitted to the Rococo bezel.

The French movement is by Samuel Marti and is of high quality. It is in excellent clean and running condition having been fully overhauled by our clockmaker. Pendulum is an old replacement. It runs for 8 days and strikes the hours and halves on a bell. Click the video clip below to hear the bell and watch the clock running!

Condition of the case is excellent, clean and bright with hardly any wear or discolouration and there are no losses. The dial is also in excellent condition just a couple of hairlines. A stunning clock to add to your collection.
